A very resonably priced Bendigo red blend, this is an appealing, early-drinking type, at odds with the usually solid regional style. Raspberry fruit dominates the nose with hints of mulberries, spices and woodsmoke. It's striaghtforward in the mouth with good balance of ripe fruit and savoury notes and pleasant freshness.
