Memsie never sounds terribly serious. And it isn’t. It’s a gushing flood of all that’s good about individually grown and produced Aussie reds. This has a gorgeous lush texture, blackberry and plums and morello cherries chastised with eucalyptus and then cosseted with baked caramel sauce on ice cream. Sheer pleasure.
